Custom Modular Home Design Center

In August of 2003 Heritage Homes opened its design center. For several years we realized the need for such a center dedicated to the display of the many design items that our manufacturers had to offer. By chance we were able to purchase an original Amish farm house next to the grounds of our modular sales center. Badly in need of repair the home was painstakingly renovated from the ground up! Repointing the original brick, refinishing the pine flooring and Chestnut woodwork, removing layers of paint from the radiators, repainting the exterior columns, and repair of the tile roof are just a few of the many steps taken to complete the new center. The center is currently staffed with (2) designers who can help you with one of our many plans available or with a custom plan of your creation if you wish. The upper floor is dedicated to design samples for such items as: carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, siding, lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, draperies and blinds, doors and moldings and much more!
